ON THE DAY:

1. Open this webpage on your smart, internet-enabled TV from 2:00 pm on Sunday, 8th December.
2. At 2:00 pm (or 2:05 pm), refresh your browser or device to ensure the stream is ready.
3. For the best viewing experience, make sure you’re watching in full high-definition (1080p).
4. To watch the concert in full screen, click the square icon in the top right corner of the screen. Please note that this will disable the chat box.

Having Technical Issues? Try These Steps:

1. Refresh your browser/device. This resolves most issues.
2. If you still can’t see or hear the show, try the following:
• If using a laptop/PC connected to a TV, restart your computer and internet router.
• Switch to a different web browser (Google Chrome is usually best, followed by Firefox or Safari. Edge and Internet Explorer work but may be less reliable).
• Clear your web browser’s “browsing data” (history, cookies, and cache).
• Ensure your browser is fully updated.
•For Wi-Fi users: connect your device to the internet router using an ethernet cable if possible.
3. Check your internet speed:
• Run a speed test using THIS LINK.
• You need a download speed of at least 5-6 Mbps to watch our show.
• If your speed is above this but you still experience issues, consider other devices or people sharing the connection.
4. Can’t hear anything?
• Background music starts at 2 PM. Ensure your SmartTV/external speakers are turned on and the volume is up.
• Check the volume slider at the bottom-left corner of the video player on the webpage.
